Skyline Trail, Between Cooper Landing and Sterling
Difficulty: Advanced
Ascend over one mile into the sky on this mountain trail. See the best views of the Kenai Peninsula. The top is a magical place where you can continue your journey to various local peaks.
Fuller Lakes Trail, Cooper Landing
Difficulty: Intermediate
Hike to a series of two lakes on this in and out trail. A gradual climb through a series of forests before landing at the lower lake. The trail continues to the upper lake, though less traveled. This trail is 2.8 miles one way.


Russian River Falls, Cooper Landing
Difficulty: Easy
Just under two miles in this leisurely stroll through the forest ends at the Russian River Falls. Here bear viewing is possible while the salmon are in the river (June and July). Please advise caution and be bear aware.
Ski Hill Trail, Soldotna
Difficulty: Easy
Take a free tour of the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center, see some awesome animals, and get your steps in all in the same trip. An easy 20 minute drive from the park and only 5 minutes outside of Soldotna. Trails weave between a series of lakes.
